How to cope with a Breakup? some great tips

Break-ups are not easy. Yet some of us get over it with ease and time but most of us don't. The latter usually experience at least one of the following things.

Annoyance, unhappiness and sometimes denial:

Different person has different emotion. Even the dealing of the same emotion varies with person. But the remedies given below may aid you in recovering from the bitter experience. It is for you to try out and decide which remedy makes you get through it.

  1. Have a makeover. Look different, try with new looks, a look that you haven't sported before.
  2. Want to get rid of the hidden anger? Use your ex-partner's photo like a dartboard!
  3. Try a sexy and attractive dress.
  4. Give time to learn something exotic. What about skydiving, pole dancing or simple crocheting?
  5. A gym can put off your anger. Work out; burn out your calories as well as your indignation.
  6. Go for a short trip. Even a 'petite' vacation in the weekend can work wonders- it will refresh your mid.
  7. Burst out in crying, curling up in a blanket! But remember that should not exceed 2 hours. After a couple of hours wipe out your tears and put yourself in reality.
  8. Why don't you try out a hairstyle that is in vogue? Have a super cool color on your hair. People will surely turn out to see your crowning glory!
  9. Sometimes we stop doing things (that we enjoy) for the sake of our special person. Revive those deeds, enjoy them fully. It's extremely distasteful to give up our lovable dos to please someone. By suppressing our dos we are losing our persona and it's not a good idea to lose your self even for your loved one.
  10. Sport a sensual dress with the right hairdo and makeover. Hit the night clubs and flirt like anything. You CAN flirt, okay?!
  11. Clean your home. That gets your mind preoccupied, kills your energy and at the same time you have a clean well organized home.
  12. Think of sensation temptation, think of CHOCOLATE!!!
  13. Opt for Yoga.
  14. Every experience carries its own good for us, every person teaches us something. Think positive. Think that your ex has taught you something that he could offer and it was time for him to leave. May be now it's the time for you to find Mr. Right and share your life with him.
